Don’t apologize for things that are either accidents or things that you are sincerely not sorry for…because if you do, you are lying not only to God but to others as well. Accidents are accidents. They are not planned nor are they done on purpose. You can feel empathy for those involved in accidents, but they are not things that need apologizes. That would be like saying “I’m sorry for something I had no control over, so I’m taking the responsibility over something that I had no control over so that you will be feel better.” However we can feel empathy for others by saying “I’m so unhappy of how you feel or I am so sad of how you must feel.” Empathy needs no need for an apology. Therefore apologies are not needed nor are they necessary.
