Those familiar with TD Jakes and Oprah Winfrey have heard them say that since there are so many different people, there are many ways to God. That statement in itself is not true. It is irresponsible for people like this to make a statement like that and allow people to believe it.
What they should be saying is that there are many people in the world looking for the Truth. However that Truth is found in The Word of God. The Word of God is Christ. There are many ways that God can call you to Himself. In other words there are many ways that God can call you to Christ. And it is through Christ only that you can go to the Father. Therefore without the Word of God, without the Truth that comes from Christ who is the Word, you will not EVER know your way to the Father.
So why do people like TD Jakes and Oprah speak like they do? It’s because they themselves don’t have the knowledge of the Truth. Because if they did, they would have clearly explained themselves. However if you don’t know what you are talking about, then how can you explain it?
There are many ways to get to know Christ (The Word of God), but there is only one way to the Father.
Everyone is on a crooked path before they reach The Way that leads to the Father. Do all roads lead to Christ? No! In fact if you don’t do as the Father does in heaven, your way is crooked and you are not on the path of righteousness.
