People have gotten way too familiar with interpreting the Words of God according to their own opinion. Truth is not opinion. When people prophesy that were not called to prophesy, they are taking God’s Word and matching it with their own opinion. This opinion is what is called a “private interpretation.” It is called this because motives of giving out that private interpretation are for self glory. When you give yourself glory, you are actually taking away the Glory that belongs to God. In doing so, you are actually making others look at you instead of God. This is how pride begins.
